Karol Warzecha to support Greenman Poland as Senior Investment Manager
Greenman Poland, asset manager and developer of retail assets formerly known as Newbridge Poland, is delighted to announce the appointment of Karol Warzecha as its Senior Investment Manager.
In his role, Karol will be responsible for supporting and consulting Greenman Poland’s 16-strong team in expanding the portfolio of assets through acquisitions of existing income producing stand-alone discounters and supermarkets, retail parks as well as convenient shopping centres and selectively, with the acquisition of development plots for the same purpose.
In his new role, Karol will support the team in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across Poland and the CEE region, develop investment strategies, conduct market research, and provide advice on the negotiation of transactions to ensure that Greenman Poland is well-positioned to capitalise on investment opportunities as they arise.
With more than 13 years of experience in the real estate investment industry, Karol brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Based in Warsaw he will report to Barbara Wojdełko, CEO of Greenman Poland.
Prior to his appointment as Senior Investment Manager for Greenman Poland, Karol held several positions overlooking the area of real estate transactions and property development. He holds a double master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking, as well as from the Warsaw University in Economic Geography.
